Arne works with clients in a variety of healthcare industries to help improve the back-end of their revenue cycle. He brings over a dozen years of increasing experience within the debt collection industry to his clients and the agency.
Arne has presented to national and regional conferences on a variety of collections topics. He knows the importance of not leaving money on the table and understands the pain points for providers from being on the other side of the table with his experience in the not-for-profit and hospitality sectors.

Kevin Hamel is the Director of Patient and Family Experience for the University of Vermont Health Network – Alice Hyde Medical Center and Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital. A Registered Nurse by background, Kevin has over 22 years of healthcare experience. In 2017, Kevin helped open the Patient and Family Experience Department, Patient Advocacy and Language Services. In 2019, Kevin helped to expand this program to the Alice Hyde Medical Center. Kevin hold a Bachelors in Nursing from Walden University. Kevin recently has completed the Beryl Institutes Body of Knowledge program to receive a Certificate as a Patient Experience Professional.
