Learn how to hire the right person for the diverse world of telecommuting and learn how to retain and demonstrate once office employees to work remote.  This webinar will look into how to hire, manage, monitor, and motivate remote employees.  With the onset of COVID19 directly making companies go remote, this webinar will explore ideas on how to be successful and keep your company running smooth.  It will also discover ideas to monitor productivity from afar, and increase engagement with your employees, without an office setting.  


About the Speaker

Amy Thomas, BS 
Operations Manager, Proximal LLC

Amy serves as the Operations Manager and Business Development leader for Proximal, LLC. Ms. Thomas has over 15 years’ experience in customer service, collections, and the practice management field. Amy has been with Proximal for over 5 years, where she quickly ascended through the ranks from a collector to Operations Manager. Amy previously spent over 10 years working in the veterinarian field before coming over to work with Proximal.

Amy played a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and management of Proximal Collection Services.  This is a 100% telework company specializing in Debt Collection for Medical Professionals. 

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Equine Instruction, Breeding, Business Management and Training. Ms. Thomas is certified in the essential of collection laws, HIPAA compliance trained, and a member of the Maryland MGMA board of directors.

Continuing Education Units

Earn up to 1.0 continuing education unit hours for each hour of education from the ACMPE, American College of Medical Practice Executives and up to 1.0 continuing professional educational credit hours for Certified Public Accountants for each hour of education from, The New York State Education Department, Professional Licensing Services.
