About the Speakers


Brittany SilVestri, MBAH, Hudson Headwaters

Brittany is the Regional Practice Leader at Hudson Headwaters and was previously with Ellis Medicine.  She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Siena College and earned an MBA in Health Care Management from Union Graduate College and is a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality.


Margaret SuROwka, Esq., BarclayDamon, LLP

A former general counsel at the New York State Dental Association with over 20 years of legal experience, Margaret primarily concentrates her practice on representing individual health care providers and facilities in licensure, disciplinary, and ethics proceedings. She routinely counsels clients facing Medicaid, Medicare, and other governmental investigations and audits as well as assisting with employment and contract matters. She assists clients with compliance programs and has successfully represented health care entities with significant disclosures to the federal and state government. Margaret also
defends clients facing license revocation and represents them in disciplinary matters before the Office of Professional Medical Conduct and the Office of Professional Discipline. Margaret additionally represents employers from other industries in matters before the NYS Division of Human Rights. Her
familiarity with NYS and New York City lobbying laws helps her navigate clients' lobbying-compliance issues and audits.


Lora-Ashley Lusabia, HIXNY

Lora-Ashley is the Manager of Account Services for Hixny, an information technology service provider in Albany.  She is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.  Lora-Ashley earned her undergrad degree from SUNY, Albany and her MA in Integrated Marketing & Communications from Marist College.
