Human Resources Management

Led by the Pennsylvania MGMA in collaboration with the CT MGMA, ny MGMA, VA MGMA, and WV MGMA.

As healthcare organizations continue to add new physicians to their facilities and groups, a robust, well-designed onboarding process serves as the cornerstone of physician integration and retention. By enhancing their approach to onboarding, organizations can create a positive, lasting first impression, help physicians achieve full productivity and engagement more quickly, and position themselves to minimize the costs of turnover.  In this webinar, participants will:

•    Understand the differences between orientation and onboarding
•    Acquire information that can be used to educate leaders to the positive effects a solid centralized onboarding program has on retention.
•    Gain resources and strategies to create or enhance your onboarding/retention program.
