Financial Management

Led by the New York MGMA in collaboration with the CT MGMA, de MGMA, PA MGMA, VA and WV MGMA.

About the Webinar

Medical professionals are tasked with running a leaner and more efficient practice while experiencing lower reimbursements and higher costs. Revenue reporting and analysis are more critical than ever to drive higher performance and maintain a successful medical practice. A benchmarking analysis is a good first step to protecting and securing a practice’s overall performance and profitability.

A thorough benchmarking review will include both data analysis and observations and recommendations. Data analysis allows for meaningful measurement against industry indices and trends. Observations and recommendations provide the interpretation of the data analysis to equip the practice for better performance in the future.

This webinar will identify the critical components of the revenue cycle that every practice should understand and review.  By understanding these metrics, you can be on your way to improving the financial health of your practice and increasing the valuation of what  may be your most valuable asset.
