Steve Wladis
President

Steven is President of The Wladis Companies Inc., a full-service employee benefits firm founded by his late father George.  His firm’s commitment to providing the highest level of service, dedication and integrity to their clients has led to them being considered one of the premier employee benefit agencies across Upstate New York.

For the past several years, Steven has been a qualifying member of the Excellus BCBS Broker Advisory Council and in 2016 his firm was named Producer of The Year for The Business Council of New York State.

Mitchell R. Lebowitz, M.D., F.A.C.E.,
Former Clinical Quality Director

Dr. Lebowitz, or Mickey as most know him, was born and raised in Brooklyn.  He came Upstate to SUNY Oswego to play basketball. Though he still holds two records for assists, his GPA was higher than his PPG (points per game) and therefore gave up on playing professional bball and pursued a career in medicine. He did all his medical school, internship, residency, chief residency and fellowship at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse. After spending almost 17 years in private endocrine practice, and being on the list of “Best Doctors in America” annually, he left and wrote a book called, “Losing My Patience: why I quit the medical game”.

Since leaving private practice in 2007 he was a hospitalist at the Syracuse VA where he won the teaching award in 2010. For the last 7 years he was the Medical Quality Director at Crouse Hospital where he had the job of making the hospital safer, higher quality, more efficient and cost effective.


Ronald C. Fish, Ph.D.
Clinical Director and Co-Owner
Psychological HealthCare, PLLC

Ronald C. Fish, Ph.D. is the co-owner and Clinical Director-Psychological HealthCare (PHC), P.L.L.C., which employs 70 licensed behavioral health providers and treats about 10,000 patients annually. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Chicago and a doctorate in clinical psychology from Loyola University of Chicago. Currently PHC has providers consulting at Crouse Hospital and co-located in about 20 medical practices. Ron worked as a Baliant instructor at St. Joseph’s hospital assisting family practice residents to understand the psycho-social aspects of the physician-patient relationship. Most recently, Dr. Fish is collaborating with Dr. Mitchell Lebowitz in an integrated medical/psychological program addressing the epidemic of burnout and improving physician wellness.

Before joining MACNY, David spent 35 years with local manufacturing firms, the last 12 as president of Selflock Screw Products. David is a certified executive coach and trainer with the John Maxwell Team. His training focus is on professional growth and leadership development.


John Cerniglia

John Cerniglia has over twenty years of experience in the profession of high level talent acquisition and is currently physician recruiter for St. Josephs Health in Syracuse, NY. In his current position he has responsibility for all provider recruiting functions for hospital and medical centers.  John has been highly successful in building relationships with healthcare providers and senior executives alike.  He has a Communications Degree from Penn State University and has been active in multiple ASPR (Association of Staff Physician Recruiters) educational committees for the last eight years.


Natasha Glynn

Natasha moved from the Tampa Bay area of Florida to Upstate New York in
2014 to be closer to her husband’s family and enjoy the seasons.  She studied Health Science at Florida Gulf Coast University until 2005, and upon graduation proceeded to dive into the sales and business side of healthcare.  She started her clinical/allied staffing career in 2006, working as a Recruiter and Staffing Coordinator and servicing a variety of settings, including Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Clinics and Home Care and placing local, travel and permanent placement clinicians into positions throughout Florida. In 2008, she was hired by one of her clients at the time, Select Medical Corporation, where she gained a different perspective on healthcare staffing, from the “client” side, which involved attracting nursing and therapy talent to work directly for one of her 20 nursing homes and Long Term Acute Care facilities throughout the United States.  After relocating to NY, she was approached by CPS Recruitment to start their clinical staffing division in April 2015.  She has gained many clients in the Central NY area and has enjoyed building relationships and staffing CNAs, LPNs and RNs on a permanent as well as temporary-contract basis, throughout the area.

Earn up to 1.0 continuing education unit hours for each hour of education from the ACMPE, American College of Medical Practice Executives and up to 1.0 continuing professional educational credit hours for Certified Public Accountants for each hour of education from, The New York State Education Department, Professional Licensing Services.
