Corporate Formalities - Are They Really Formalities or "Necessities" in Disguise

Led by VA  MGMA, in collaboration with the CT MGMA, MA/RI MGMA, MD MGMA, NY MGMA, and PA MGMA.


This webinar will briefly describe the main legal entities typically utilized by physician group practices in most states, along with the major distinctions among them.  It will review the principal periodic actions and documentation generally required and outline the serious issues and liabilities that can potentially arise for the owners and the entity itself out of ignoring these "formalities".  It will include tips for managers and corporate officers, as well as some checklists, for reviewing your entity's current situation and organizing ongoing compliance activities in this regard.
